Open www.hepsiburada.com and sign up with your email. The store may ask for a Turkish phone number to confirm the account by text message. If you don't have one, send us the product links and we'll buy them for you.
Add your Istanbul address
Choose "Adres Ekle" and fill in the fields as in the table below. Most important: your box code next to your name, since that is how we know the parcel is yours.
Pay
Try your card. Turkish stores accept some cards issued outside Turkey and decline others, and declines are common. If yours is declined, send us the product link and we'll buy it for you for 5% of its price.
We receive, combine and ship
Every parcel shows in your account with its photo and weight. When everything you ordered has arrived, you choose the parcels and we pack them into one box and ship it to your door.
