Ordering from DeFacto in five steps
Create your Kervan account
It's free, and your Istanbul address and box code (like KRV-204815) appear in it at once.
Create a DeFacto account
Open www.defacto.com.tr and sign up with your email. The store may ask for a Turkish phone number to confirm the account by text message. If you don't have one, send us the product links and we'll buy them for you.
Add your Istanbul address
Choose "Adres Ekle" and fill in the fields as in the table below. Most important: your box code next to your name, since that is how we know the parcel is yours.
Pay
Try your card. Turkish stores accept some cards issued outside Turkey and decline others, and declines are common. If yours is declined, send us the product link and we'll buy it for you for 5% of its price.
We receive, combine and ship
Every parcel shows in your account with its photo and weight. When everything you ordered has arrived, you choose the parcels and we pack them into one box and ship it to your door.
The Turkish address form, field by field
These are the fields you'll see in Turkish stores, though their order may differ. Everything is ready to copy in your Kervan account.

| Adres Başlığı | Address name | Any name you like, such as Kervan |
Why we combine your DeFacto orders in one box
DeFacto is a single store, but clothes orders grow fast and often come in boxes bigger than what's inside. We take the pieces out, pack them in a sturdy carton that fits, and add your parcels from other stores, so you pay for less weight and ship once.
Tips for ordering from DeFacto
- Many DeFacto pieces state their cut, like Slim Fit, Regular Fit or Oversize; read it together with the size chart (Beden Tablosu) before choosing your size.
- Prices drop a lot during Turkish sale seasons. Order then, and leave the parcels with us free for 30 days until your orders are complete, then ship them together.
- If the site won't take your card or asks for a Turkish number, send us the links from the "Buy it for me" page in your account, and we buy them for you for 5% of their price.

Questions about buying from DeFacto
Does DeFacto ship outside Turkey?
The Turkish site delivers within Turkey. So you use your address with us in Istanbul, the order reaches our warehouse, and we ship it to you.
Will my foreign card be accepted?
Sometimes yes and sometimes no; it depends on the store and your bank. If it's declined, send us the product link and we'll buy it for you for 5% of its price.
What if I want to return something?
Turkish law gives online buyers 14 days to cancel a purchase. Returns happen inside Turkey, so if something arrives wrong or broken while we still have it, we contact you to return it to the store before shipping. Message us quickly: the time starts when the parcel reaches our warehouse.
How long can my order stay with you?
We keep your parcels free for 30 days from the day they arrive, so you have time to order from other stores and ship everything together.
