Create a English Home account
Open www.englishhome.com and sign up with your email. The store may ask for a Turkish phone number to confirm the account by text message. If you don't have one, send us the product links and we'll buy them for you.
Add your Istanbul address
Choose "Adres Ekle" and fill in the fields as in the table below. Most important: your box code next to your name, since that is how we know the parcel is yours.
Pay
Try your card. Turkish stores accept some cards issued outside Turkey and decline others, and declines are common. If yours is declined, send us the product link and we'll buy it for you for 5% of its price.
We receive, combine and ship
Every parcel shows in your account with its photo and weight. When everything you ordered has arrived, you choose the parcels and we pack them into one box and ship it to your door.

Why we combine your English Home orders in one box
Home orders mix heavy pieces with bulky ones. We take them out of the store's boxes and pack them into one sturdy carton as small as it can be, so you pay less, and we give glass and porcelain special packing if you ask.
Tips for ordering from English Home
- Sizes are on the product page in centimetres, under "Ölçü". "Tek Kişilik" means single and "Çift Kişilik" double, so compare them with your bed before ordering.
- Duvets, pillows and cushions are light but take up room, and shipping is charged by size when that is more than the weight. Ask us for a price before ordering big pieces.
- For glasses, plates and anything glass, choose special glass packing when you ask us to ship from your account.

Does English Home ship outside Turkey?
The Turkish site delivers within Turkey. So you use your address with us in Istanbul, the order reaches our warehouse, and we ship it to you.
Will my foreign card be accepted?
Sometimes yes and sometimes no; it depends on the store and your bank. If it's declined, send us the product link and we'll buy it for you for 5% of its price.
What if I want to return something?
Turkish law gives online buyers 14 days to cancel a purchase. Returns happen inside Turkey, so if something arrives wrong or broken while we still have it, we contact you to return it to the store before shipping. Message us quickly: the time starts when the parcel reaches our warehouse.
How long can my order stay with you?
We keep your parcels free for 30 days from the day they arrive, so you have time to order from other stores and ship everything together.
