Questions traders ask
What is the smallest order?
You can start with a few cartons by air, or one pallet in a shared container. Some factories have a minimum order, and we tell you before you order.
How much do you charge?
Your quote comes itemised: the price of the goods, our service fee and the shipping, each on its own line. You pay nothing outside the quote.
How do I pay for the goods?
By bank transfer to us, and we pay the supplier after you approve the goods and their photos. Every amount is written on the invoice.
Who pays customs in my country?
You pay them in your country. We prepare the invoices, certificate of origin and packing list your customs broker needs.
What if goods are missing or faulty?
We check the goods in our warehouse before shipping and send you photos and video. If something is missing or faulty, we return it to the supplier before it ships.
Can my shop's name go on the goods?
Yes, many factories print your brand on the product and packaging. Write it in the request notes and we'll ask the factories for you.
