We receive and photograph it
Every parcel shows in your account with its photo and weight, and we keep it free for 30 days.
Two or three days later -
You choose your parcels and we send one box
We pack them in one carton and fly it to you; you pay and follow it in your account.

Questions people ask
Do I need an account?
Yes, and it is free. It holds your Istanbul address, the photos and weights of your parcels, and the tracking of every shipment to your door.
Do I need a Turkish bank card?
No. If the store accepts your card, pay yourself. If not, send us the product link on WhatsApp and we'll buy it for you, for 5% of its price.
Are customs included in the price?
No. Customs in your country set the fees when the box arrives, and you pay them there.
How long until my order arrives?
Usually about 10 days from order to your door: two or three days to reach our warehouse, then 3 to 7 days by air. Further countries can take a few days more; each country's time is in the price table.
What can't be shipped?
Perfume and all liquids, lighters and sprays, cash and gold, and weapons.
What if something arrives wrong or broken?
We photograph every parcel when it arrives and send you the photo before shipping. If something is wrong, we return it to the store before it is sent to you.
