Does DeFacto deliver to Iraq?

DeFacto's Turkish site delivers only within Turkey. The brand may have shops or its own site in Iraq with a different range and prices, but the Turkish site usually has a bigger range and big seasonal sales, and you order from it with your Istanbul address.

Combine your parcels and pay less

DeFacto is a single store, but clothes orders grow fast and often come in boxes bigger than what's inside. We take the pieces out, pack them in a sturdy carton that fits, and add your parcels from other stores, so you pay for less weight and ship once.

For example: a 1.5 kg parcel from DeFacto and a 1 kg parcel from another store. Shipped separately to Iraq they would cost about $36; together in one box, about $26.

Delivery and customs in Iraq

We deliver everywhere in Iraq, including Baghdad, Basra, Erbil, Mosul. The box arrives 4–7 days after it leaves Istanbul.

Customs in Iraq set any fees when the box arrives, based on what is inside and its value. These are paid in Iraq on arrival and are not part of the shipping price. We write the true value you declare on the invoice, so the shipment clears without delay.

Add your full address and a phone number on WhatsApp in your account; the delivery company calls you before it arrives.

Tips for ordering from DeFacto

Many DeFacto pieces state their cut, like Slim Fit, Regular Fit or Oversize; read it together with the size chart (Beden Tablosu) before choosing your size.
Prices drop a lot during Turkish sale seasons. Order then, and leave the parcels with us free for 30 days until your orders are complete, then ship them together.
If the site won't take your card or asks for a Turkish number, send us the links from the "Buy it for me" page in your account, and we buy them for you for 5% of their price.
