Does English Home deliver to Kuwait?

English Home's Turkish site delivers only within Turkey. The brand may have shops or its own site in Kuwait with a different range and prices, but the Turkish site usually has a bigger range and big seasonal sales, and you order from it with your Istanbul address.

Combine your parcels and pay less

Home orders mix heavy pieces with bulky ones. We take them out of the store's boxes and pack them into one sturdy carton as small as it can be, so you pay less, and we give glass and porcelain special packing if you ask.

For example: a 1.5 kg parcel from English Home and a 1 kg parcel from another store. Shipped separately to Kuwait they would cost about $37; together in one box, about $27.

Delivery and customs in Kuwait

We deliver everywhere in Kuwait, including Kuwait City, Hawalli, Salmiya, Farwaniya. The box arrives 3–6 days after it leaves Istanbul.

Customs in Kuwait set any fees when the box arrives, based on what is inside and its value. These are paid in Kuwait on arrival and are not part of the shipping price. We write the true value you declare on the invoice, so the shipment clears without delay.

Add your full address and a phone number on WhatsApp in your account; the delivery company calls you before it arrives.

Tips for ordering from English Home

Sizes are on the product page in centimetres, under "Ölçü". "Tek Kişilik" means single and "Çift Kişilik" double, so compare them with your bed before ordering.
Duvets, pillows and cushions are light but take up room, and shipping is charged by size when that is more than the weight. Ask us for a price before ordering big pieces.
For glasses, plates and anything glass, choose special glass packing when you ask us to ship from your account.

If the parcel is still with us, ask the store for a return on its site and get the return code, then send it to us from the "Returns" page in your account: we send the parcel back to the store and the store refunds you. Be quick, since return periods in Turkey are limited.

How long can my order stay with you?

We keep your parcels free for 30 days from the day they arrive, so you have time to order from other stores and ship everything together.
