For example: three items from three sellers arrive as three parcels of about half a kilo each. Shipped one by one to Kuwait they would cost about $40; in one box, about $20.

Delivery and customs in Kuwait

We deliver everywhere in Kuwait, including Kuwait City, Hawalli, Salmiya, Farwaniya. The box arrives 3–6 days after it leaves Istanbul.

Customs in Kuwait set any fees when the box arrives, based on what is inside and its value. These are paid in Kuwait on arrival and are not part of the shipping price. We write the true value you declare on the invoice, so the shipment clears without delay.

Add your full address and a phone number on WhatsApp in your account; the delivery company calls you before it arrives.

Check the seller's rating and the product's number of reviews before buying; sellers vary a lot.
Open the "Beden Tablosu" (size chart) on the product page; Turkish sizes can differ from the ones you know.
Send everything to your Istanbul address, then wait until it has all arrived before asking us to ship, so it comes in one box.

Will my foreign card be accepted?

Sometimes yes and sometimes no; it depends on the store and your bank. If it's declined, send us the product links and we'll buy them for you for 5% of their price.

What if the size doesn't fit?

If the parcel is still with us, ask the store for a return on its site and get the return code, then send it to us from the "Returns" page in your account: we send the parcel back to the store and the store refunds you. Be quick, since return periods in Turkey are limited.

How long can my order stay with you?

We keep your parcels free for 30 days from the day they arrive, so you have time to order from other stores and ship everything together.
